We prioritize product safety and hygiene — so our products are non-returnable once opened/used.

Return Eligible Only If

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or leaked product on arrival
  • Missing product in package

Condition: Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video & photos.

Return Not Accepted If

  • Product is used/opened
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (fragrance/texture)

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty & personal care items cannot be returned.

Refund / Replacement Process

  • Once claim is verified, we will issue replacement or refund
  • Refund will be processed to original payment mode within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer / wallet credit
