We prioritize product safety and hygiene — so our products are non-returnable once opened/used.
Return Eligible Only If
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or leaked product on arrival
- Missing product in package
Condition: Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video & photos.
Return Not Accepted If
- Product is used/opened
- Damage caused after delivery
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (fragrance/texture)
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty & personal care items cannot be returned.
Refund / Replacement Process
- Once claim is verified, we will issue replacement or refund
- Refund will be processed to original payment mode within 5–7 business days
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer / wallet credit
